    The title is not clear for this property/plot. No construction done in last 6-8 months. There is a court case pending in gujarat high court and there is a stay on constuction. No gaurantee of possession and no PSU bank is providing loans. Only private banks like HDFC/ICICI may provide loan. Completion of this project will be a miracle to see.
