    I would like to record my pleasant experience while travelling from New Delhi to Ahmedabad by Rajdhani (Train No 12958) on 5th April 2012. I am a senior citizen and was travelling with my wife and the two berths alloted were 18 and 42 separated and both side upper. I requested Mr R K Pathak Dy TS that it was difficult for both of us to climb to the upper berths. To my pleasant surprise he came back after an hour and informed us that two lower berth in cabin were available and we could move there. He even assisted us personally to move. This is something that I will cherish for a long time and has changed my image of the Indian Railways and the good employees like Mr R K Pathak who make travelling a pleasant experience.
